Messages sent to you from your Humana contacts will be located in the new message center. To enter the new message center, please register or login via the
eShare portal
To start a secure message with a Humana contact:
Type cloud.humana/com/me/[enter Humana recipient's email address] in a browser without the brackets (for example, type cloud.humana.com/me/commandspecenroll@humana.com).
You may be asked to login or register at this time.
Follow the instructions on the screen. *
Once inside the portal, upload your document(s) or start your conversation, and click Send.
You can see your conversation history in your
Shared With Me
folder in the messaging center.
*For the Commercial and Specialty Enrollment mailbox, please read the following:
If you are sharing enrollment documents with cloud.humana.com/me/commandspecenroll@humana.com, the
subject line must contain the word "Enrollment" and an identifier (i.e., member name or group #).
After sending, you will receive an automated “Acceptance” or “Denial” notification in your email to confirm your request was received successfully. If a “Denial” email notification is received, review the reason(s) provided and resubmit the completed form.
